The Process

Schedule

Our scheduling, for in-studio and on-location sessions, are by appointment only. Appointments are available nearly every day of the week, with flexible daytime and evening hours. Sessions must be booked and paid for in advance (non-refundable). Cancellations can be made with a minimum of 24 hours notice, we will put your session on hold and/or re-schedule for another time. Shoot

Our casual and relaxed sessions can last anywhere from 45 minutes to 2 hours, depending on the needs of the subject(s). We strive to ensure that you and your pet(s) have an enjoyable time, complete with snacks and play breaks. We offer a variety of backgrounds, themes and props. A mixture of candid and formal shots will be taken in the session. There is a reason why we are called UrbanVibe Pet Photography and their People; we encourage you to be in some of the photos but the decision up to you.

Proofing

Your session images will be posted approximately five days after your session on your own personalized, private online gallery. We will email you the password and you are welcome to share it with as many people as you would like. This allows you, and your family to pick out your favorite photos for your viewing appointment.

Please note: Your personalized, private online gallery will be up for 7 days for your review. There will be a charge to re-upload the gallery if you need more time.

Viewing

After you have proofed your photos phone us to schedule a viewing appointment. During your viewing appointment we will demonstrate the many different enhancements, finishes and special effects that can be done to your portraits. As well, we will assist you in choosing a unique format to fit your style. This could include framed art, coffee table books, greeting cards, mugs and much, much more.
